• Cutting-edge clearing device - eliminates material jams in front of the shearing blade - ensures smooth operation and optimum compression result
• Hopper segment - pressing-in device on the side - allows compressing very large pieces of cardboard
• Press ram locking - locks the press ram during the strapping process - prevents the press ram from moving back should the material expand and from damaging the strapping cylinders -Safe and extremely reliable
• Pressing-in device - for precompaction of material - prevents material bridges in the hopper - optimises the filling volume
• Baling press shut-off - switches the press off when the end of the wire is reached and thereby prevents a malfunction

• Cardboard shredder - shreds large pieces of cardboard and allows simple and cost-efficient compression

• Bypass flow filter unit - for continuous cleaning of the hydraulic oil - filters dirt particles out and increases the service life of the oil and of the hydraulic components
• Pneumatic feeding systems - as pneumatic conveyor system for clean and space-saving feeding - for lighter and smaller particles, such as edge trimmings, waste from punching presses, etc.
